This rejuvenating yoga & relaxation program suitable for everybody and every level of previous experience from zero to advanced practitioner. They form a perfect counterpart for physical activities day and/or in relieving any stress. All you need is a comfortable, warm clothing and open mind.

Available also individual Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls. In this treatment we place the bowls eventually on your chest, belly and/or feet so that the  sound vibration will affects your body directly. Healing can be done for 1-4 persons. Prize: 70e/first person, 35e each next person.

Opening all senses we head on suitable nature location to do yoga asana and meditation practices.
In winter it could be on the ice; in autumn in the fall-coloured forest or field;  in the spring time we could face the rumblig streams or melting lakeshore.
Or perhaps we’ll set up a bonfire and meditate looking at the flames.
If lucky, we might practice under spangled night skies or give salute to the mysterious Northern Lights !

Practical details

Programs are available for groups up to 15 persons, unless agreed otherwise. Mentioned fees refer to a guided program for a group of minimum 6 persons.

If required we will provide you with wellness lectures on topics such as power of silence, importance and means of rest, wise time management or revitalizing nutrition. In copetation with partners we can also indclude lunch or coffee break to the program.

Once booked we will discuss the suitable location, need for transport or additional services. Upon agreement, the service will be available outside wild Taiga region as well.
